1. Refunds and Returns for Suitcases

We offer a 30-day return window for customers located in the USA and Canada. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your suitcase purchase within 30 days of delivery, you can initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your suitcase must meet the conditions mentioned above. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for Replaceable Decorations.

3. Refunds and Returns for Damaged Products

Customers outside the USA and Canada can claim refunds or returns only in the case of receiving damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.

4. Warranty Coverage
